Overview
PREDICT is a new pan-Canadian initiative to unite the community of scientists from institutions across Canada who are inventing and/or leveraging predictive human cell culture assays to improve human health. In this workshop, members will learn more about PREDICT and participate in community building and strategy development activities. Discussion topics will include establishing guidelines to define assay validation, defining applications where predictive assays are likely to have rapid adoption, and how to generate evidence to justify the value proposition of predictive models to funding organizations, legislators, regulatory agencies, and industry.
